Crew costs $50 a month, with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Cancel anytime.

Joining

In Crew’s Settings, open Membership and choose Join Crew. Checkout opens in your browser; Paddle, our reseller, handles the payment. Crew unlocks as soon as the payment lands.

If a payment fails

Crew keeps working while the payment is retried. Choose Update Card to keep it running.

Working offline

Crew works offline for 7 days from its last membership check; Settings › Membership shows the date. After that, Crew is read-only until it can check again: connect to the internet and choose Check Again.

Refunds

If Crew isn’t right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment: choose Request a Refund, or email support@fift.studio. Settings › Membership shows the last day. See the Refund Policy.

Cancelling

Cancel using the link in your receipt email or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and stops future renewals.

When membership ends

If your membership ends, is paused or is refunded, Crew becomes read-only. Everything stays on your Mac and readable; agents and Talk pause until you renew. Crew never deletes your work.
