Your account and devices

The Account card

Click your photo or initial at the top right of the Crew window. The card shows your name, your AI accounts and, when Crew can read it, this Mac's pairing. It also has Settings… (⌘,), Keyboard Shortcuts (⌘/), Help, What’s New and Check for Updates…. Click your name to open Settings › Membership.

Your AI accounts

Each account shows its week as a bar, with the 5-hour use and when it resets. Choose All Accounts to see the full table. The same table is in Settings › Accounts & AI.

Rename an account: click its name, type a new one and press Return. Crew keeps the name. If Crew on this Mac can't store names yet, Crew says so. Right-click a row for Rename… and Use Default Name.
Pin to Top and Hide are on the same right-click menu.
Columns chooses what the table shows, and the sort menu sets the order.

The Settings window

Press ⌘, to open Settings. The sidebar lists General, Updates, Appearance, Accounts & AI, Voice, Features, Notifications, Devices, Membership, Privacy & Presenting and Advanced. Your name at the top of the sidebar opens Membership. There you can change your Name and Company.

Membership

Membership isn't switched on in this version yet. Until it is, Membership says “This Mac doesn’t need a Crew membership.” When it arrives, Manage Subscription… opens your billing page in your browser. Card changes, invoices and cancelling happen there, never inside Crew. See Your membership.

Devices

The card says whether this Mac signs your approvals, isn't paired yet, or was revoked. Click that line to open Settings › Devices, where you pair this Mac. See Settings reference.

Reset Crew’s Account…, which lets a different Claude account sign in.

When membership is on, a founder install runs Claude only on your own sign-in. The first Claude account that signs in is the one this Crew is set up for. If a different account is signed in, Crew stops before sending a prompt. It asks you to sign in with your own account. Crew never signs you in or out itself. You do that in Claude Code.
