CrewWhat your team rows mean
In Window › Agents Map, each agent's row summarizes the threads running on its account. Its activity and machine come from your live thread readings. An outstanding question takes the place of the activity summary: the row shows the question and reads Waiting on you.
Read the activity line
- An item ID, or a thread name when no item is known, identifies the work. With several working or waiting threads, the line shows the count, up to two names and +N for the rest.
- just now, 12 min ago or another age refers to the most recent reported activity. It is not a promise that a task has finished.
- quiet N min means the threads say they are working, but no activity has been reported for N minutes (30 or more). Worth a look.
- idle means a fresh reading covers every machine and this account has no working or waiting threads. If Crew cannot see a machine yet, an unlisted account shows —, not idle.
- resting means the threads with a known state are limited.
- stale means the reading is more than five minutes old, or its time is unavailable. An age appears when a time was supplied.
- — means Crew cannot read the activity yet. It does not mean idle.
Read the machine
The Agents Map files each agent under the machine its threads are reported to run on. When no machine name was read, the agent sits under Unknown machine. Crew does not fill it from an old label.
Why a written report can say something different
A report heading or a saved job description is a written update. The activity line comes from the live threads instead, and neither is used to fill a missing reading.
