Each of your AI accounts can have agents using it. Choose Window › Agents Map to see every machine, the accounts on it, and each agent using that account, with one line saying what it is doing. The doing line and machine names come from your live thread readings, rather than an old report heading or a saved job description.
Read the doing line
For working or waiting threads, the line names the current items when known, or the thread names otherwise. It shows up to two names; +1, for example, means one more active thread. With several active threads, it also gives their count, as in 3 threads: …. A time such as 12 min ago is the newest reported activity among those active threads, not a promised refresh interval.
A question needing you takes precedence over that summary: the line shows the question, and the agent reads Waiting on you.
- quiet 40 min means the threads say they are working, but no activity has been reported for that long (30 minutes or more). Worth a look.
- idle means the fresh thread reading has no working or waiting thread among the threads with a known state.
- resting means all threads with a known state are reported as limited.
- stale means the thread snapshot is older than five minutes, or its age cannot be established. An age appears when one is available.
- — means the information has not been read or is not known. It does not mean idle, zero work, or zero capacity.
Read the machine names
The Agents Map files each agent under the machine its threads are reported to run on. Agents with no machine name sit under Unknown machine. A stale doing line does not make its machine a fresh reading.
Each account names its provider in words: Claude, ChatGPT (including Codex) or Grok. The provider does not tell you whether a thread is working or how much capacity remains.
